This study assessed the safety and health concerns of undocumented Zimbabwean migrants living in Francistown, Botswana. In this study, a mixed method research design was adopted to enhance the quality of results. Data was gathered using two sets of questionnaires, interviews juxtaposed with observations. Data was analysed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences version 23.0. The findings show that there are several safety and health challenges that undocumented immigrants encounter which include inaccessible healthcare, poor accommodation and unsafe working environments. The study recommends that, both the Botswana and Zimbabwe governments must work together to organize the undocumented immigrants in Botswana and engage them in various jobs at minimum lawful wages.en_US
