Unprecedented health catastrophes like COVID-19 have heightened the need for a deeper understanding of health ecosystem resilience in the face of health shocks. Notably, the responses to health shocks yielded mixed results across the globe with some struggling to cope with the health shocks. Given the dominance of resilience as a concept in disciplines like engineering, psychology, material science, ecology, entrepreneurship, and business science, the applicability of resilience in the health sector is largely neglected. To address this literature gap, this chapter aims to establish the health ecosystem resilience strategies towards inclusive development. This study established seven health ecosystem resilience strategies, namely governance strategy, surveillance strategy, finance strategy, stakeholder engagement strategy, human resources management strategy, service delivery strategy, and physical resources mobilization strategy. The outcomes of this research will be of great value to health professionals, scholars, and policymakers.en_US
