dc.description.abstract | Political reference over the implementation of land reform activities in Zimbabwe has become dominant more than the mainstream of scientific diagnosis from land administration while land tenure security is continuously deteriorating. The research aims to identify how and why Zimbabwean land administration research communities must collaborate with European countries and the United States of America by means of a concept called fit-for-purpose land administration. A bibliographic study using VOSviewer to investigate the landscapes of co-authorship and co-occurrences in fit-for-purpose land administration (FFP LA) is done. The research findings show that there is more benefit to collaborate with the Netherlands and Germany in Europe. Partnering with Australia aids the collaboration with the Netherlands and Germany. It is also possible to make ties with the United States of America through the United Kingdom. An engineering dimension rather than a political dimension has the potential to steer international relations between the West, the North, and Zimbabwe in a soft manner. | en_US |
